Walt's Other Pub

Always a treat to come to Other Pub/Walt’s Lafayette to grab a brandy old fashion (by Ben) and brunch, lunch,dinner! We have celebrated engagements, funerals, birthdays
anniversaries, friendships for years here! Always great service, smiling servers, tasty food!
The 3 stars today is the problem ( like last year) of eating outside without shade. There are 2 umbrellas for about 9 tables with the sun setting in the West upon the Westside porch. Walt, can we bring our own umbrella? I’ve visited the Westside Walt’s Pub and they seem to have a enough to shade everyone. At 91 degrees (6:30 pm) it is very uncomfortable for those who would like to eat outside.
We do love it here ! The price is right and the atmosphere is terrific! Let us know if we can set up our own?!

You feel like you're in your home town community when you come here. Friendly service, cozy food choices, and a laid back atmosphere is what awaits you. The facility itself is well designed, can be adapted to all needs (from a night out with your sweetie to a business meeting for 20). A great place to have in our Lafayette community.

For the last couple weeks, at least once a week I have been ordering a Pesto Spinach Salad with chicken and shrimp to go and I just have to say!!! Thank you so much!!! It’s amazing I can smell it when the gentleman behind the bar hands it too me! The salad is always exactly the same!! Very quickly prepared and just so good!!! My favorite lunch for the summer for sure!!!
I really like the quick happy energy of this establishment as well!!!

Service was friendly and fast. The prices are on par with the quality and quantity of food. I will be returning many times to try the menu. Atmosphere is family friendly while maintaining a business casual feel. Great place.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. We were sat right away and waitress was very prompted. Started with pretzel bites. They were very good! I had a steak wrap with peppers, onions, and mushrooms with cheese in a tomato basil wrap. It was fantastic! Husband had the Boilermaker burger (deep fried). He loved it! Fries are awesome. One mac and cheese kids meal with fries. The mac and cheese is homemade and very good! We had a wonderful waitress and overall a great experience. We will be back!
