“Just visited here this past weekend. Amazing food with a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. If going on a weekend we found out it is best to make a reservation because they get super busy, but even without one, they got us a table and served a wonderful meal. “What is going on with the family express on Klondike in the last couple of weeks tge store has gone down hill....floors and fountain pop machines are dirty...they cant stay in stock with the cups and lids...and started setting cigerettes in a basket and marking up the price, and saying on sale. No sale..i just wonder what happened...these stores are known for there cleanliness.....i dont know who got fired or left but they need to come back.”

“This is mine and my fiance's new lunch hot spot. The coffee is great, and the sandwiches are amazing. I highly recommend the Charlie Parker, it is the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Pita bread with oil, pesto, and don't forget onion and turkey. It's the bomb. Also their potato salad is pretty good, and I haven't found a dessert yet I haven't enjoyed. Lots of Purdue college students doing homework, and there always seems to be a math study group hanging around, but the atmosphere is nice.”

“First time in a Hookah Bar. They kept hot coals on the hookah and were very knowledgeable about their product. Large assortment of tobaccos to choose from and a very good wine and beer list. They do make food but I did not try any of it on this visit. Their pop vendor is Pepsi. Several large screen TVs were centered on sports for most of the evening. Restrooms are sub-par with broken equipment.”

“Absolutely love this place! Their gyros and burgers are DELICIOUS. They have the best fries in Lafayette, in my opinion. The food is always fresh, hot and the portions are large. I usually get the classic gyro platter and always have some to take home. The store itself is a little old but everything is in that area. Potbelly's is right across the street and they have the best deli style sandwiches in Lafayette as well. 2 great places to eat on campus! I want a gyro NOW! YUM!”

“Whenever I visit Purdue's campus, if it's Saturday, it's Hot Box pizza day! They know their audience, so it's not expensive, service is fast, pizza is delicious! I can feed 6 college students and not go broke! Even if you just want a slice and a drink, you can get it! Fills you up, doesn't empty your wallet! They don't get 5 stars because the dining area always seems to need cleaning.”

“Really good food. A broader menu than it was previously. I only come for the barbeque beef and it tastes delicious. It tastes as good as when I visited Chengdu, but (obviously) not as spicy. My wife says it is similar to dishes in China. I recommend for both Chinese students and Americans:).”

“Alright, listen up. It's decent and authentic rotating Chinese food, but people (especially non-Chinese) will need to understand and keep an open mind, I really mean AUTHENTIC, meaning it is food that Chinese typically eat in their house, not that breaded and fried sauce-smothered chicken you find at Panda or your typical Chinese place, so don't come in expecting orange chicken or Mongolian beef or any of that. In addition, I really like the proportion of the bubble teas and smoothies, it is hell of a lot for what you're paying.”

“I regularly order from here because I work nights, and this is one of the only places around that is open and delivers. I enjoy the food, and I recommend it to anyone who asks. However, the service is terrible. I've had to call them back to get an order fixed where the pasta dish I received was only filled half-way. I've received multiple pizzas in which all the ingredients had slid over to one corner of the pie. Tonight, I received only two meatballs in my pasta dish, when in the past they've topped it with as many as six. All of this goes on despite my long history of being a generous tipper. With me being in the position I'm in, I'm being trapped into accepting their poor service standards.”

“Pappy's is a one-of-a-kind place that offers the aesthetic of a 50s diner with the variety of options we have today. The food is great, although the burgers themselves are a bit salty by default. The service is okay, but many of the servers seem a bit down. The ones that are cheerful do make up the difference well! The shakes are a huge reason to give the place a shot, they're the perfect consistency. Give this place a go if you're in the area, it's a decent place!”
