Got sat right away, which was great. Waited 5 minutes for our server to come get our drink order. After he got it, he brought us our drinks and didn't come back to our table for another 15 minutes. He took our order and about another 20 minutes wait time for our food. They were packed, to me that was fast. Big portions of food and tasted good. Server only came back to the table after to refill my drink once and to give us the check. The food was 7 out of 10, and service was 4 out of 10. It was our first time there.

I ordered online and received a text to let them know when I arrived. When I arrived at the restaurant I replied to the text to let them know I was there and was promptly greeted and was told my order would be out shortly. Less than 5 minutes passed before an employee came to my door with my order. Very friendly and cheery. I only got a burger and fries but the food was very tasty. I will definitely be returning. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I am not been inside the restaurant to experience the atmosphere. I will update to five stars if I do that and I am pleased with it.

So the CEO and founder of Texas Roadhouse Kent Taylor who passed away not to long ago is also responsible for Bubbas. You immediately pick up on that by the fact that the food grade A quality at a very reasonable price. The very reason Kent Taylor founded Texas Roadhouse was so normal people could enjoy fine dining and not go broke doing so.

The food is absolutely amazing. I got wings as a appetizers in the raspberry glaze and they blew me away. There are places that specialize in wings that can't come close to how great these were. The burger I got which was the Bacon burger with their house sauce was absolutely fantastic.

The service was great, the atmosphere was great, and the price is almost unbelievable. This was the perfect place to take the spot of Old Chicago.

Ordered carry out. Took 40 minutes longer than predicted on the app but that’s expected on opening day. Food is pretty good. Was missing part of my order which was a mayor bummer. Waiting on getting a response on the missing food. Also the fried chicken doesn’t come with mashed potatoes like it claims on the website, which throws off the dish that’s for sure. Should also mention the chicken is about half the size depicted in their images. For sure wouldn’t fill someone up without getting an appetizer. I assume the experience and presentation would be better if I had ordered inside.

*** I came back and switched my review to 4 star due to management making up for the missing part of our order. Took a few days to hear back but I’m glad I heard back. I must say the chicken dish did taste good, just was thrown off by the description and picture online being different from what was received. Will go back once the craze of opening dies down to try again inside.

Just ordered a good amount of food for the family and we got everything on time for take out. The chicken tender salad was amazing. The lettuce is the perfect color with no bad spots. It could use less onions, more eggs and tomato. We'll most definitely be back and recommend this area
