“This restaurant has been around for decades and for good reason. The food is great. I mostly get food to go in their iconic buckets filled with spaghetti and marinara sauce. If you're a new customer the bucket has the sauce at the bottom and pasta on top. Just open and combine the two. Do not pass on the garlic bread! Or you risk missing out on one of the most delicious garlic bread. If you choose to dine in, you will likely feel a little cramped in the small eating area. Priced fair. The inside could use an update and menus lack photos. Staff is friendly.”

“This is the best McDonald's in Terre Haute. My order is always correct, and the staff is very friendly. Service is always quick and the restaurant is always clean. The staff working here are mostly adults, so things seem to run very smoothly. I have never once had an incorrect order here. Everything is also always fresh, and things are never chaotic. The manager is always around and involved, and all of the staff working here seem to be great people. This McDonald's should be the standard for all stores in terms of great staff. I cannot stress that enough. Whatever is going on here is working, and the staff need to be rewarded, and the manager needs to be recognized. When I get bad service at another McDonald's, I always tell them they need to see how this one works.”

“I stopped into this Subway while I was in between appointments. When I got there four or five people got there before me. The number of sandwiches of varying types one man ordered was surprising, and discouraging. He ordered nine sandwiches. Nine. Some were toasted, some just heated, some with just normal additions. I can't remember if there were three or four employees, but it was lunchtime, and it became evident that people were coming from businesses to get lunch for everyone. I am telling you the place was running like an oiled machine. The employees had it down to a science. If they saw someone else needed help putting together an order they would just jump in, grab something and put it in the toaster, start adding vegetables, or putting sandwiches together and wrapping them, them jump back take the toaster sandwich out take it where I needed to be, and pop another one in the toaster. No one acted panicked. They made short work of the line, with people coming in at a quick steady pace. Additionally, the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean... Really I don't know how they managed it. Bravo Subway employees!”
