Culver’s

If you like your fish hot and your fries cold this is the place for you. Service was a little slow. Way better than McDonalds now that they cook the fish so that half of it isn't sushi.

Good food with lots of variety and great service .. the most important things when considering the choice of where to eat IMO. The only minor negative is the prices .. they're pretty high for a FF restaurant which means we can't/won't eat there very often. Being seniors it would be nice if they did something to make it more affordable for people like us who are in fixed incomes.

Great food, love the cheese curds and of course the shakes! Seems like they are making changes and working the kinks out, allowing first smoother and less chaotic lines and drive thru waits. All around, very happy to have this addition on our east side!

Culver's was very yummy. I had a tenderloin cold slaw. I just didn't like poppy seed in my slaw. Sorry. But enjoy your ests there. I love it.

Some family members went to eat there and had to wait a very long time before their food was delivered (over 40 minutes); the employees accidentally lost their order. I called to discuss the matter with the shift manager, Austin. Austin was very professional and apologetic and let us know that this location was new and they were still experiencing growing pains. Austin refunded the meal price and gave free meal tickets to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I'm impressed with how the situation was handled. Give them a chance. If they mess up, I'm sure they'll make it right.
