I called to discuss the matter with the shift manager, Austin. Austin was very professional and apologetic and let us know that this location was new and they were still experiencing growing pains. Austin refunded the meal price and gave free meal tickets to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I'm impressed with how the situation was handled. Give them a chance. If they mess up, I'm sure they'll make it right.”

“The pizza is really pretty good. Service was nice and food came quickly. The place is a little louder than I would like and it was only 1/3 full. More of a bar atmosphere than a pizza place. They have a nice covered outdoor seating area. Not very expressive. We had 2 x 7" pizzas and soft drinks for $20 including tip. A party was setting up as we left so they have those.”
