    Got the sirloin filet, and it was very delicious and tasty. Fish tacos were also fabulous.

    Excellent smoked meats, and they have the best selection of sides anywhere in my opinion. The regular sauce isn't great but the spicy one is.

    Excellent food, and known for their smoked meats. Sublette's has a very comfortable home feel. This is not a fast dine restaurant, quality takes time! Expect to relax and enjoy a nice dinner.
