“Hidden Gem! Come for the gourmet food, stay for the stories. This place is better than Magnolia Market in Waco. The only reason it’s not packed is because it’s not overly commercialized. “I can’t say enough good things about this business or the team that runs it. This was the first big event Do it Best has had since our move to the Electric Works campus where we needed to feed a large group of company leaders over several days of training and Kitchen & Co. completely exceeded our expectations. Over the course of three days we hosted two breakfast grazing tables, a breakfast buffet (the Big Breakfast) and two days of boxed lunches. The grazing tables were completely different each time so there was no repetition. We even had one team member cry a little when she tasted the candied bacon because it was so good! The Big Breakfast is no joke and we were able to feed a lot more people than we expected, which made a great impression and ensured some very happy people. The boxed lunch came packaged in a cute brown box and included everything you would need. What was especially nice with the boxed lunch is you have the option to have one of their delicious wraps turned into a salad for a gluten-free option and it also comes beautifully packaged. All the boxed lunches were well labeled—the team even wrote each person’s name on their specially prepared box. Kitchen & Co. were always on time with their deliveries and setup, even when they had to run in the rain. We had so many compliments and all of their hard work made us look good in front of our company leaders.”

“Veterans BBQ was one of the food trucks at Emmanuel Christian School Spring Carnival. Jason was easy to work with. The people at the carnival gave rave reviews on food. Veterans ran out of their smoked mac and cheese in 37 minutes, if that tells you anything about the quality of food. I would recommend him if you are having an event.”

“Absolutely amazing food from another locally owned business. This quaint restaurant features a simple authentic menu and uses locally sourced ingredients. Friendly service with an emphasis on quality of food. Dinning space is limited, facilities clean and parking plentiful. You may just find a few exotic cars on site as well. Angel (the owner) seemed to pride himself on providing the best to his customers. Highly recommend giving them a try!”

“I have had 2 absolutely phenomenal experiences at Big Mouth Smokehouse, one in the restaurant, and one at event I hired the owner to cater. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was very professional. I recently hired Jared to cater an event over the summer and he did an excellent job. The positive comments from our guests made our event a success! Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up appropriately and provided the packaging for the leftover food, and the pricing was very reasonable. “I wanted to give them 3 🌟 but giving them the benefit of the doubt because of other reviews and decided to give them 4. I think it was just an off day. Our first time there and we had wanted to try a pepperoni pizza. We ordered the pizza as they make it to determine if it was a place we would want to return to. The Positives: The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place appeared well maintained and clean. The service was fast. The flavor of the sauce on the pie was really delicious! The Negatives: The dough wasn't fully cooked. The pepperoni was buried under the cheese so it didn't cook down and get crispy edges or impart flavor to the pie. I wanted the bottom of the pie crisp and it wasn't. There's no dining area inside or outside. I read somewhere that the pizza was New Jersey style, not so. I'm going to give them an other try and see if it any better .”

“After talking about how bland the 2 Indian restaurants in Fort Wayne are, my dentist told me about this place nearby in Columbia City! What a hidden gem! The decor is a work in progress, but the food was off the charts terrific! I highly recommend making the drive or grabbing it anytime you're passing through! HUGE samosas, lots of authentic spice flavoring, and a full menu! Will definitely be back!!!”

“I just had the best pizza I've had in a very long time! I've been trying to get into this little restaurant at their lunch time for years now. I don't live in this town, but I pass through it on my way to other things. But today it worked! I sampled four different types of pizza each one different and more delightful than the last! Dessert was Ambrosia, and little knots of dough with white glaze icing on them! They have a bar, and they have all kinds of good deals. I don't think you can beat this for 7.99! Can't wait to go back!”
