My toppings were all the way to the edge unlike state and wells and the crust was much crispier. I will definitely be returning to this location. It’s much smaller and has a more intimate atmosphere. “* update* I did receive a call from the manager who apologized for the mix up and miscommunication. I appreciate their efforts to make things right. Shows good customer service! Thank you! I ordered for pick up for one pizza. When I arrived the door to the place was open, I get it pizza places might be hot and they needed some cool air going through, it was 41 degrees outside so I’m sure it helped. However what else was cool was my pizza. I don’t normally order pizza and Marcos is my favorite so I was very excited. I saw on the app that my order was ready and went to go pick it up. I paid for it and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for what I thought was my pizza and was asked if I had been helped yet and said I thought I was waiting for my pizza. The second time (after someone else came in to get theirs) I was asked I said I was still waiting for my pizza and the app said it was done. My pizza was cold when I had a bite of it in the car. Very disappointed that I was not even offered an apology for the wait when it had obviously been done and ready the whole time I was there.”

“Your pizza is just ok. I do like the vast menu options competing of course with Pizza hut. I do not like that they only have a few locations that serves a huge area. By the time you get your pizza, the steam from the holding bag causes the crust to be soft and I like mine crispy. What's the point in having pizza delivered when you can just buy a store-bought Pizza and have a nice crispy crust. And it's cheaper. There are a lot of good frozen pizzas these days and you could just dress it up with a little extra cheese and have a nice crispy crust”

“I don't usually order food via the web but gave Domino's a try since their website offers it. Entered my order and information. Gave me an alert when it was ready to be picked up. Alert was accurate. I showed up and food was hot and ready. I paid and left. No issues I got everything I ordered. Customer service was nice and quick. I will say though if you're going to order online make sure you read the instructions. I almost signed up for their email subscription which isn't something I want right now. So keep an eye out for that.”

“As the rating says, it's OK. When they are on, the chicken is good. When they aren't, it's not too hot. This place was great when it first opened, then seemed to go down hill a bit. I hadn't been back in a while and decided to give it a try. The chicken was ok. The staff is nice, but you're not going to see hairnets on the staff. It seemed much more cluttered and unorganized this time around. I do not like writing bad reviews, but there is room for improvement to get back to where things were. I like supporting small local restaurants, so I really hope this one pulls through. The food is great if you catch them on a good day!”

“We got a medium ham and cheddar cheese pizza, buffalo chicken sandwich, and a chicken parm sandwich. The pizza was good. We have ordered that combination before and we really liked it. The buffalo chicken sandwich was really tasty. We will definitely be getting that again. However, the chicken parm was not very good. It didn't taste like much of anything. The chicken was bland. It it didn't have any flavor in the sauce. I did ask for light sauce, but I got next to no sauce.”
