Stuffed Olive

Just a note, this is a review of the new Stuffed Olive, not the Barmuda version...
My wife and I went for the first time since it was re-opened and were super excited... It started off rough with no service for nearly 10 min (and this place was not packed). After we flagged someone down, we come to find out our server is also the lone bartender... No faulting him but also not the way to run a place. Service was slow and food came a plate at a time. Each time we wanted something we had to flag down another server to go get the bartender. Food was good, although sushi rolls were skimpy.
My biggest gripe: The "Stuffed Olives" are not the same as the old place... smaller, less "stuff" in them and not as tasty. I had two martini's (one with prosciutto and prov, and one blu cheese) and while the drink was fine, the olives weren't anything better than I can buy at Hyvee in a jar. Also my second martini had ice floating in it. The cherry on top was being charged for drinks even though it was BOGO and had to ask to get a new bill...

We will give it one more shot... but after that I am probably done. I will update if my experience is different next time...

It was probably an off night but it took forever to get any thing we ordered and I really only ordered a soda and a wrap. I actually had to leave before my food came. I wasn't looking for fast food or anything but it would have been nice of the servers paid a little more attention to us. Admittedly we were a large group but it was a Monday night and not very busy at all. Still drinks were awesome and my wrap to go was good when I got a chance to eat it.

The selection of food was really nice and the sushi was excellent! Everyone there was super friendly. The only thing is that the food took a little long to come out yet that was quickly made up for by the taste!
