Jimmy John's

Compared to other Jimmy John's, I am not as impressed with this location. The employees seem to have z big lack of communication, and they were not super fast with anything that they did. This particular location is not nearly as clean as others I have been to. However, the food is the same great Jimmy John's food.

Bought a giant tuna sandwich at 10am. Very fresh. Tomatoes were red, cukes crunchy etc. Also bought a little french meat baguette for later. So happy open and next to laundromat as stopped and then onward. Nice folk at Jimmy Jon’s too!

If you're eating at Jimmy John's, you already know they're good. I'm a handicapped trucker (yeah, we're out here) who managed to pull up outside this shop, and they were good enough to run my sandwich out to me. I really appreciated that. Couldn't get a delivery 6 miles away at Freightliner but I get they have a certain delivery area.

Great customer service by manager. Called for delivery- we were visiting Mason City. We were told the wait would be longer and that is fine since we were told upfront. When the address was written down wrong and it took a while for food the manager called and apologized and made sure our food good delivered in quick time. We have visited Mason City a few times in the last couple of months and have found customer service to be lacking. This service was very refreshing.
