Backwoods

We didn't stay here, we had dinner here. The food was amazing! Fantastic barbecue. Would definitely recommend eating here if you're in town.

Lovely saloon and unique antique rooms. But we would complain about the loud signal-horn of the trains which are driving through the hole night. Maybe the Backwoods should provide the guests with free earplugs? We feel the night at the Backwoods a little bit to expensive. There was no breakfast. And we had the feeling that the stuff was not so interested in the guests.

We didn't stay here, we ate here. The food was amazing. My husband and daughter had a full rack of ribs and the meat just falls off the bone, it's so tender. The flavor is great and the service was friendly too. The prices were good. It's got a great, historical atmosphere, with wide plank flooring and a tin ceiling.

Great atmosphere in a historic building! Tin ceiling, original wide plank flooring, saloon bar, and swinging entry doors, great decor. We enjoyed a lunch special during the week. Service was really friendly, & food great! Just a great place to chill.
