They welcome you, all if them behind the counter. Food was amazing, very accommodating. Even get a thanks for coming when you leave. Nice ladies!

Very good burgers and fries! However, a bit disappointed in customer service. I placed an order for two burgers and fries online, intending to schedule for pick-up after work. However, immediately after placing order, I noticed in the confirmation email that I had placed it for 'now', rather than an hour or so later. Completely my oversight. I called the store immediately and was informed that the order was already started and there was nothing that could be done to delay the order. Disappointed that I had to leave work early--HA HA!. Disappointed that staff offered no options. My advice... be careful when ordering online! Apparently the online 'place order' button is connected directly to the grill.

Burgers were good, a little hard to keep together but delicious. The fries were perfect, crisp without being too greasy. I like that they have Coke Freestyle machines for a wider drink variety. Overall a great visit.

Ok the burger was fantastic! But I expected that, what I did not expect was the level of service that I received. I was obviously the last customer of the night, but rather than make me feel like I was a huge imposition, the lady working made me feel welcome, like she was genuinely happy to make me a great meal. Even if the burger was only half as great, I would go back just to have her serve my dinner again!

Hadn't been to five guys in a while. The last experience was not memorable. Katrina W needs serious recognition. She was fantastic throughout the order. Very knowledgeable, fun and really went over and beyond! I will 100% be back and look forward to her awesome personality.
