Pancheros Mexican Grill

The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I truly enjoyed the ambience of this spot. First-rate place to take my family out for dinner.

Where do I even begin? This is by far the only worthy Pancheros in the state of Iowa. The place is so clean that I would honestly spill my food on the floor on purpose and eat it off that. The staff is wonderfully friendly and they are all quick and efficient. Hands down the most excellent restaurant experience every time. It is the only meal I can eat that makes me feel loved on the inside. I love every staff member in this establishment and I cannot thank them for the endless burrito bowls, and the perfect side of chips and queso. When I pass on to the other side, I would like a portion of my ashes spread here, because it is a part of my soul. God bless.

This location does "fast food" correctly. AMAZINGLY fast, and consistantly high quality every time. It should be the benchmark for every fast food place everywhere, but I never considered them "fast food" because Pancheros seems above that. Yet they are faster than any other place I've ever been. Besides any line, I usually get all the way through paying in less than 1 min 30 seconds. Usually closer to 60 seconds. Great job, gang!

This location is the absolute cleanest Pancheros in the franchise. I’ve visited many Pancheros in the state as well worked in a few several years ago. I’ve noticed some locations have been lacking consistency in food quality and cleanliness in the past years. This West Des Moines location should be used as a franchise example for training new franchisees. The owner of this location is definitely doing things right as well as it’s friendly employees. They’re always welcoming the guests and keep themselves clean-cut and professional. The whole operation is to admire. I own a Mexican restaurant in Marshalltown so I know what it’s like to run a business and it’s challenges one faces in this industry.

I applaud the management and team at this Pancheros and will always recommend it to anyone that visits Iowa for the first time.

Stopped here for a breakfast time burrito and as usual Pancheros does not disappoint. Welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious and fresh ingredients. Amazing, warm tortilla. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. Keep up the great work Pancheros!
