Updating my review. I emailed support as suggested below. They added credits to our rewards account and credited me with a gift card for a free salad. As a new, fast growing company they explained that their technology with the rewards program is a bit behind and that’s why the store staff can’t update the account in person. Okay. I appreciate their efforts and we continue to visit here every week! They also have a patio area set up for summertime. The portions lately have been as expected so maybe I got a one off. Great products and choices keep us coming back.

The salads here are terrific. My husband and I love Pesto Parm Perfection and C’est La Viche. We come 1-2 times per week even though it’s pricey. We joined their loyalty program and last week my husband forgot to scan our order so I took in our receipt today to get a “punch”. They would not give us credit for the purchase and said we had to call “Support” - really? It was a waste of time to stop and ask. Also, they were very busy last weekend and when I got takeout and got home and opened my salad, what I got was pictured below. The staff were literally just throwing things in a bowl and not measuring anything. My salad was less than half full, for $14?? The picture below is honestly before I took a single bite. I showed the staff this picture today and their response was “we have a lot of new staff”. Did not offer a refund or to remake it. So I asked for a manager and he said “you can ask to have it remade next time you come in”. I think they have a lot to learn about Customer Service and having new staff is not an excuse. Especially for $14 salads.

Came in just figuring I'd give it a shot and see how it was, and my expectations were completely blown out of the water! This was genuinely the best salad I've ever had, I am absolutely going to make a habit of coming here. Staff was very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for some great tasting, healthy food!

A favorite for sure! I love eating at Crisp and Green and trying the different bowls, salads and drinks. The restaurant has a great aesthetic and is always clean. You get to see when they’re making your food and the process is fairly quick.

Service is fine. If staff were a bit more passionate and joyful they’d take this place to a different experience level.

Fast, friendly, and fresh! This spot is definitely new and refreshing in a community of fast food. Happy to have a good healthy twist on fast food 😊 Onky reason I didn’t love it was because the prices are a bit high for what you’re getting. Still a good healthy spot!
