“So, I don't need to eat gluten free or dairy free foods but I have eaten many of the treats from this bakery. The owner used to tell me I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. In all honesty, when she first started, her stuff was very good but I could tell. However, over the years, she has perfected her recipes and I'm not sure I could tell in a side by side comparison anymore.
