“Sun Tea just dropped Korean Corn Dogs today & I got 2 of them to try. I got the classic with 1/2 beef 1/2 cheese. The other was the potato fries with all cheese. They were HUGE…literally as big as my hand, but they didn’t have a ton of flavor. I’ve had Korean Corn Dogs before & to me these just tasted like a glorified corn dog. To be fair it’s their first day selling them, so they are new to it!”

“GET. THE. QUICHE! Seriously, you have to try it. I never imagined I'd like sweet potato and purple cabbage in/on a quiche. Amazing. Breakfast burrito was good, but after the quiche it was hard to appreciate it in the same way. Chatted with the owner and you can tell he has put his heart and soul into his food and Cafe. Plus, funny transformers pictures in the men's room.”

“Decided to check Convivium out for lunch. Heard a lot of great things they are doing for the community and wanted to support their efforts. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee options and both of our food options. Our server was great and explained everything they have going on. We walked around the property to check it out while our lunch was being made. Nice setup they have and a lot bigger than I thought. Food didn't take long at all. Look forward to checking out more of their menu.”

“Welcoming coffee house! We were kindly greeted right away when we entered the door, and the service was very quick. Charlotte's is very spacious, and extremely clean. Love to all the different places for seating. Got two coffees to go, a cold brew, and a white chocolate mocha. The kind barista was able to make a white chocolate mocha even though it wasn't listed on the menu. Delicious.”

“Great little hidden gem! Awesome cinnamon rolls that are as big as your head and giant, sweet cookies! The lattes were excellent too. We look forward to trying their lunch menu since the bacon/spinach/tomato sandwich sounds great!”

“This place is always packed. So expect a slower drive-through. People working there are amazing and working as fast as I can. The coffee is expensive as it always is but you know you can’t resist it and neither can I.”

“Every time I visit, my meal is impeccable! The staff is amazing and makes you feel as if you are the only thing that matters at that moment. We have met so many interesting people there and we love the atmosphere as well. The spicy bean wrap is my absolute favorite and everything is made with care and love. If you are new in town or if you’ve never tried Jitterz, you really should. They make their own stuff and it tastes amazing. It’s one of the most unique places in Dubuque!”

“McDonald's is McDonald's, but I had a good meal, and was not bothered as I waited for my car to be serviced. As I waited, I could see the staff keeping the drink and eating areas clean and well stocked. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.”

“McDonalds was good. My friend, son and I went in for some cheese burgers and fries with no salt and the food was very fresh. They brought our tray to the table for us .”

“Bad experience but great restaurant. The place was clean and the employees were very kind and welcoming. However, a elderly man made a comment to me about my kids that was very rude and uncalled for. My kids didn't bother him or anybody else. The staff likes kids but apparently the older patrons DO NOT. My kids weren't angels but they weren't bad. Just a grumpy old man ruined my experience there. Hope to return but probably not for lunch on Fridays.”

“Food is okay but the employees are very unprofessional. I believe our server was Hayleigh, that's what the receipt said. We've had her before and the service was poor. This time my sister's drink was awful and my order was wrong. She took one sip and brought it back up to ask for a tea instead because it was made horribly. The lady said they could remake the drink, but clearly they couldn't make it right the first time. My sister was very polite about it, but the employees were rude. Hayleigh, if that was her name, and the blonde with long hair were whispering to each other and shaking their heads. Very poor customer service. We were visibly upset at this point because we could have been extremely rude. I am from Michigan, but my sister lives here. I will never come to this one again. Awful customer service. Lazy, childish employees. Update: went there today and the staff was very pleasant. Seems like they got a new batch of employees.”

“Good food. The service used to be slow here but must have improved. Burgers were kinda dry, had to go get more ketchup. And the police showed up due to an altercation in the parking lot but the food was still good. Not their fault.”
