Better than taco bell. Staff was friendly. Service was fast. Decent American Mexican food

This place has been through alot. They are trying to get better. The food was good. The service slow and employees rude but I know they are trying.

I've been the only customer and the wait was to long both in the store and in the drive though. The drive through speaker is to quiet as well. I had to pester them to get a response and then they changed people before I could place my order. The food is super salty and why are burritos made in sideways layers? Who wants a mouth full of only one ingredient? Not me for sure. The tacos are good but not enough cheese on them, I couldn't taste it at all. The new management is making improvements but I'm still not satisfied. I'll keep going there as Charles City has nothing else like it for fast food but I won't fully commit to being a regular. This town is full of people who are regular customers so this location could greatly benefit from meeting customers basic needs. Faster service, take salt out of food and fix the drive through speaker so orders are clear to the staff.
