    You guys have wonderful service for the most part, but I was a bit disappointed today. I usually mobile order but today they were out of the drink I ordered. I did not find out until I arrived at the store which caused me to be almost be late to class as I had to wait for a new drink to be made. I usually mobile order cause of the convenience and I think itd be more convenient if there was a way for you to let customers know that their item is unavailable BEFORE they arrive? Otherwise, you guys do a great job!!

    This Dunkin is attached to an Iowa Hawkeyes apparel store. The line area is very small but they had great service. It seems to be a new building but I liked it a lot. I would recommend getting the iced vanilla latte as it isn’t too sweet. I find dunkin’s coffee drinks aside from lattes too sweet.
