Wendy's

The food was hot and tasty but I ordered (and paid for) a large fry and got a medium.

I ate at the Edgewood Road SW Cedar Rapids, IA Wendy's this evening and I want to say it was the cleanest I had EVER seen!
There was a young lady working ( her name tag said, "Ab" and she was busy cleaning and I mean cleaning! Washing tables, windows, counters etc. She had the tables all washed and the chairs pushed in. This girl is a hard worker, and you don't find many like her so you need to thank her and let her know how much she is appreciated! I did!

It was late at night and I was really hungry and a big ole burger from Wendy's sounded good. I looked up the nearest Wendy's on Google maps and it said that they were still open and closes at 1:00 am. I decided to go inside and Carry out, I think they make the sandwiches better for the customers inside. The food was delicious and fresh. The Lady that took my order was very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend Wendy's to everyone

The only Wendy's in cedar rapids that carries wild berry natural lemonades. They also have pretty nice workers. But the quality and quantity are both shaky. I don't blame the workers for this, i'm pretty sure they're following some bosses or corporate orders to put less in, but still. The fries ordered are consistently not scraping the top of the container, and the workers will occasionally forget light ice / no ice and still gets filled up 3/4s with ice. Also, the wait times are really, really high. They need to hire more people, or do something if the turnover is high.

Stoped by to feed the family, must say seemed tobe a lot of confusion, took awhile to get order but was not in a hurry.The plus of the visit was Sydney.. she made sure we had everything and controlled the situation awesome. Thanks for the great costumer service. Give her a raise....
