“This crew is really on top of the ball. Always a pleasure and love the clean bathroom. Only bad experience was a long wait in a long line one time because one register was acting up and the other was helping a senior man purchase lottery tickets one at a time. The blonde cashier who transferred from the Hiawatha store was incredibly patient with him though. Only about 6 or 7 minute wait all told though, and only that time.”

“The station itself is clean and the cashiers are nice. I can even vouch for the bathrooms being well kept. However, the people who make pizza are not nice or good at their job. On 3 separate occasions they messed up my pizza order. Twice they hadn't started my order when I arrived after the app said my pizza was ready, and once they only made one of the two pizzas I had ordered, so I had to wait while they quickly (and poorly) made the pizza and gave it to me. I would be willing to wait an extra 30 seconds for you to put all the ingredients on my pizza. Overall, a nice place to stop for gas but don't bother with the food unless you want them to haphazardly throw your order together when you arrive.”

I think the other comments seem to be a little harsh. The one black girl in her 20s/30s in particular who made my sandwich was super patient and helpful with people! The servings are hefty...the regular size could easily be 2 servings. I love the turkey and provolone w/ "Mikes way" (they add oil/vinegar/herbs to it) on the rosemary bread.. The wait was only a bit because the place just opened, but it seems to be pretty quick once you're at the counter. My only tip is maybe ask if they can do "Mikes way" on the side if you are taking it to go cause it does get soggy fast if you're driving in from CR.”

“Great food, honest service. My only complaint is I paid $11 for a plain meat and cheese burger. No sauces, no veggies. Little disappointing but nothing horrid. Unfortunately my partners plate came out dirty (again they JUST opened up and were very busy.) but the server (even though it wasn’t his fault.) was very quick to apologize and do his best to resolve issue. The Rosemary fries are amazing as well as the smokehouse fries! Can’t wait to go again when they’ve gotten more time to get comfortable. Our server Devin did an awesome job and was top notch!”

“Had an excellent brisket burger a week ago & my wife had Mediterranean salad. Went back today and tried the Italian beef sandwich with rosemary fries.. again very good. My wife again ordered the same Mediterranean salad. The dressing and lettuce varieties were different from a week ago, no avocado as menu describes. The waitress had no explanation. Nice atmosphere but extremely load. It's great if you just want to watch a game and not socialize. Kind of a reverb echo throughout the restaurant.”

“Quite honestly I don't ever have an issue with this location! However there are some factors here that I'm sure make my experience different, as well as less of a hassle. I have the app and order for multiple people, so I'm able to build up my stars regularly to help with discounts and freebies. I also have the luxury of being the guy who gets to go get the coffee as I work right next door, so we're able to order and call so we get our Starbucks with little to no issue (just like us it depends on the day as far as rushes go.) I'm also very personable and talkative, so I've built up a pretty good rapport with the baristas there! ((Hope this helps!))”

“This was my first time here. I have only been to a different Riley's once prior. This location was a wonderful surprise. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. My coffee was always full, this makes me happy. She helped me decide between hash browns and breakfast potatoes. The food was delicious, fresh, and visually appealing.
