Panera Bread

Good food, friendly staff, quick service. I order for pick up usually and my food is always hot and ready.

I haven't been to Panera in 20 years--this place has come a long way, and it was good then! Everything was fresh, filling, and delicious. Wish we had never gone... now we will be here ALL the time. It has drive-through convenience with sit-down quality food. And their lemonade is fresh-squeezed... just saying. :)

I called this evening and asked to place a pickup order over the phone and the gentleman (I think, Johnny) didn't skip a beat and just took my order! He was so kind and said it would be ready in 10 minutes! I asked my husband to tip him and he said they don't accept tips. When I was at the Ankeny Panera they were accepting tips, this location should too! Thank you again, I appreciate your kindness!

This is a good place to meet and talk. The food is predictably good and the coffee hot. The staff could use a lesson in how to greet customers and to make them feel welcome. The staff doesn't always seem like they have their heads in the game. If you have eaten at Panera Bread then you should know what the food tastes like as well as the choices. Breakfast, lunch or an early dinner. Not fine dining, but acceptably good. I like it better for breakfast or lunch than I would for dinner.

Portions are too small for the price you pay. I go here for my lunch since there’s nothing good around and healthy in the vicinity. Customer service is phenomenal. The girl at the cash register Hailu is awesome. Always smiling.
