Applebee's Grill + Bar

One of my favorite spots to grab something to eat. very good location, well kept, and excellent customer service. Very good job!

It's a hit or miss here with service. Typically the food is great and gets to you fairly quickly. The servers are the optional on a good review vs a lesser of the two. Our server had only us in his section. Seen him helping others which is great team work but I sat waiting for a refill on my soda for almost 20 mins. Finally we paid at the kiosk and left so I could wash down the remainder of my food with my drink in the car. Food was great though. Service has always needed work here!

Really awesome service. My server was very nice and respectful. I think her name was Diana.

We were seated right away! My son took advantage of the wings deal for his "pre" meal. We had an awesome server, Austin and he took great care of us with suggestions and making sure we got the best deal. Thanks Austin, keep up the great work!

Visiting from Arizona. Was a great time. We had a wonderful waitress who went above and beyond for our large group. Very accommodating. Will definitely return next time I am in iowa.
