It's strange of me to care for a wrap and smoothie shop so much, but they put out a very good product very consistently. I had a great first experience, and have been there dozens of times since. The same wraps are of identical quality for the last 4 years. As far as food you eat with your hands goes, this is the best for not feeling like garbage afterward. The smoothies are well made, they don't try to pump out 27 different additives or extras for fake health gains. They train their staff to do a good job, and I've never really questioned whether or not I will enjoy my experience.

Whether it is a 400 calorie wrap, or 1800 calories of cheesy, meaty goodness in flatbread with chips and a protein shake for a big boy meal, you will be happy with what you ate, and not feel like you just abused your body. No late-night digestive regrets!

Prices are reasonable, especially for the Metro. Sandwiches and wraps anywhere from $4-8, and a wrap/side/smoothie combo somewhere around $11. If you spend that at Taco Bell, and eat it, you will reconsider your ability to make good choices as an adult.

The place is usually full of teen girls and athleisure moms. That means it's usually very clean, and keeps a good vibe going.

I like to think I'm not usually so commercial, but they would really have to fudge it up for me to stop liking the place.

Still the best smoothie for the best price of any chain, ever. And their food is just as good.

The establishment smelled funky and was difficult to find but once we left the smoothies were enjoyable.

Tropical Smoothie is the best. It's our go-to smoothie + light meal place. Prices are reasonable, they have deals all the time, and everything is delicious :)
