Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Good food and value. Service good.
Like having the option to get a treat if have room.
I did and was good sized, only issue was was a treat that was suppose to have nuts and got none. Mentioned it on way out and was offered to make a new one.
Well after dinner and treat minus nuts didn't need or want an additional one.

I truly have enjoyed four visits recenetly and this just a minor step backwards. Will definitely be back and will take responsibility for assuring my product is correctly served.

Freddy’s are all over FL so I was happy to spot one in grimes as I was driving by. Super fast service. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was delicious. My other party had a Steakburger. The fry seasoning and sauce are phenomenal. I had to get both to take home. My other party wanted a turtle sundae. Prices weren’t bad it was busy even after the lunch hour. Will stop again

I was totally impressed. As I waited for my order, I watched the crew in back. No one was lazy or standing around. All were busting their butts. The kid at the fry machine was training someone and was doing a great job!! We were there at 1:30 pm central time on Oct 1. Give them all an atta girl and atta boy; great job! Manager came around and asked if everything was good, and it was! Others need to pay attention to how this location is run to be profitable!!!

First time at Freddy's. They did not disappoint. The food was good and came out hot. I was able to order mine without mustard and add ketchup. My son said the pickle was good on his sandwich. The menu is simple, which I like. I also like that you can order different sizes of shakes, specifically like the mini. We both enjoyed our burgers and the match stick FF. Our chocolate shakes were thick and delicious.
The table we sat at passed the Lysol wipe test. Knowing some fast food and those that aren't, don't always clean the tables after customers. I carry a travel size package of sanitizing wipes with me. Feddy's tables did not turn this wipe gray!
The only issue was that the music was a little loud, which cause me to have trouble hearing the soft-spoken employee taking our order. We will stop in again.
