Great company for adults to work at. The crybabies are unhappy because they don't get their every wish granted. A customer that is looking for great service benefits from the adults at this agency.

I worked here for about 3 years. I put forth the effort and became a watch commander, which helped me get my foot in the door for a LEO job. In regard to some of these negative reviews, this job is not for lazy individuals. The job is what you make of it. Not many companies give you the opportunity to use equipment in a squad car.
One thing people mistake coming into the company is the belief that they will be armed. In this company you must prove yourself not to be a liability and prove you are a problem solver to carry a gun.
Again, this company is what you make of it and it worked for me.

Wow! We retained The Conley Group to manage a very dangerous workplace violence threat to our company and to our staff as a result of an employee we had to fire.
