The gentleman in the sporting goods department went out of his way to help me AND the customer who followed me. He provided GREAT customer satisfaction!

I'm not usually one to leave a review but I couldn't resist after the amazing experience I had in your store! I really just want to give a shout out to Mel! As I approached the checkout there were 2 lines of customers for 2 registers but only one employee. My anxiety kicked in as I was already running behind schedule. I almost put my items back and walked out but I decided to give it a couple of minutes to further assess the situation. Wow, Mel is a multitasking machine who needs a raise, heck, I'd love to have her on my team, like seriously! She didn't show any signs stress although I knew she was doing the work of 2 employees. Her calmness put me at ease and she efficiently and effectively worked both lines with a smile. Nothing seemed rushed and she was in total control. Seriously, I need someone like Mel on my team. Great Job Mel!
