Caribou Coffee

Caribou is one of those underrated and underappreciated coffee shops. I've only been a select few times, but today opted for something different, and they did not disappoint. My diet is a bit more strict, so it was a little hard making a decision on espresso drinks. Most shops I'm at have roughly 180-250 calories in each drink, whereas theirs were nearing 500 for just a small. The barista was able to help me customize a latte with fewer calories, so that was a bonus. Naomi and Alyssa are professional, cheery, and legitimately KNOW their people. I sat back and amusingly observed them greet customer's by name and know what they anticipated ordering to eat/drink, and just how they wanted it. I've been to plenty of restaurants and such that are lackluster with servers, hosts, etc. These girls are on the ball. Caribou Coffee, get to work on a pay raise. These women have EARNED it, by every stretch of imagination. Thank you, ladies.

This store is insanely amazing! Staff is the best I’ve ever seen! Drinks are ALWAYS made with love and done correctly. I don’t think I will ever go to a different coffee shop for my drinks!!!! Prices are good and I love the alternative diary options! Iced almond milk vanilla latte is the best I’ve ever had! Can’t stop expressing how much I love this coffee shop!

I'm going to rate this caribou coffee 5 stars because they consistantly get the drink order correct and are not rude which is kinda rare for the other caribou coffees it seems. lol I actually saw one of the baristas hand delivering a breakfast sandwich to a elderly gentlemen sitting outside at the tables in the mall, instead of just screaming his name. Also this location can get quite busy with only 2 workers they keep their cool. The funny thing is even at any of the other shops, I love this coffee so much I can see past any flaws in staffing it's that good! EXTRA POINTS TO Valley West Mall for being the greatest!!!
