    Tamales! Our holiday search for tamales took us to Tamales Industry, now located in the food court at Merle Hay Mall. Yum. (Thanks Ralph Siddall for the recommendation.) I was accompanied by Margo, a friend from Minneapolis who was passing through Des Moines. I had two poblano pepper tamales; my commensal had one poblano and one pork. I recommend this place.

    Authentico, basic but delicious if your in the mall and need some tacos this is the place.
