Do not like cold food .but good sandwiches

Fine. Sandwich was slapped together. The drive through guy was more interested in chit chatting with his coworkers than serving us. Wouldn't normally complain about that but we could hear their entire conversation through the open window and it was quite intense.

It was extremely windy and cold out but the weather did not stop me from getting J & J"s. Two people working and the store looked great. A female(blond hair) approached and took my order while the other male employee(glasses) proceeded to work on them. They both work very well together and I had my food extremely fast They both greeted me when I walked in the door. Very friendly that it put a smile on my face after a rough day. Thanks again

They are fast went to operate the drive through with only enough room for two cars lined up. It doesn't sound like a compliment, but, it is impressive speed, good quality, and reasonable price.

I love Jimmy John's, but was slightly turned off by a couple of employees. Between 7 - 8PM they shake out the front door inside rug. Then go back to making sandwiches with only putting gloves on and not washing their hands. They touch all of the other gloves with their dirty hands and end up transferring that to your food. Imagine how much foot traffic and germs go across that rug. I sent in a review and received a call from a manager, who said that they would take care of the issue. Two weeks later a different employee did the same thing. It looks like there is not even a sink up front. Just one in back with dishes in it, not a hand washing station. It never appears that there is even a manager in the store.
