    We ordered two of their specialties’ take out. Primo’s Special was delicious. Burrito was a bit salty but had a generous size. Felt satisfied on a cold night after finishing the meal.

    I don't know if the food or the service was the best. Either way, this girl from Texas is full and satisfied. The taco was so damn good! I should have ordered more to go

    Nice, friendly place tucked in under the viaduct off of Broadway in Council Bluffs. Nice people and good service. Free chips and salsa are great. Especially liked the thin, crispy chips with the HOT salsa. Food was good, plentiful and authentic. Only complaints would be that the beans were a little salty, and I like the corn tortillas doubled up on the street tacos to help them hold together. Great place overall.
