Firehouse Subs Metro Crossing

Thought the food was pretty good, the staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the dining area was clean. Only issue I had with the place was the seating. Just too many little tables packed into rows. Given the fact people usually don't like to sit next to people they don't know, it means it doesn't take many people in the restaurant to make the place feel crowded, even though there's plenty of seating.

Best sub shop in the world. The Hero is one of the best sandwiches. And I nearly always leave with a pickle bucket. Where else can you get a 5 gallon food grade bucket with a lid for 3 bucks? I'll tell you, no where man! NO WHERE!

Never disappointed at Firehouse! Every sandwich I've tried is delicious and the folks there are nice. This Nashville Hot Brisket ???????????? oh my gosh, try it!

Firehouse always seems just a bit better than the other sub places. Brisket sub was very good. Had a bit of smokey flavor that I like with out the need for the BBQ sauce. That is always my measure of anything claiming to be smoked is if it is good with no sauce.

We were traveling from Omaha to Kansas City when we found this on our way and I am so glad that we did...We tried the chicken breast sub and the veggie sub and both were just made to perfection. They were grilled just to the right level and the seasoning was just about right.

It was quick service and nothing that could be complained about. In fact some of us found it to be the best food we've had during the trip. Thumbs up for Firehouse Sub!!
