Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

If you love In N Out you'll love this place. Yeah that might not do the "animal style" but it's probably better that way. They have the special dipping sauce. Great place for a burger.

Great service and friendly staff. We let them know it was our first time and they let us know about the place and gave us time to order without being pressured to hurry. They're custard is the best in the area and it's my new favorite place for cheese curds!!

Stopped by for a quick late lunch on a lovely Saturday afternoon. Except for the manager who might be in his thirties, the other employees were young and "perky" and did a great job with enthusiasm!

The restaurant was busy, but clean and obviously "a happening place". There were a few things that weren't perfect, but the manager caught those things quickly and either fixed them himself or assigned someone to handle it. The employee's handled everything efficiently without fuss or bother!

We stopped on a whim 90 minutes before closing and we'll definitely be going back.
The food was very good, the restaurant clean and the staff very prompt and polite.
The burgers are fairly thin and cooked well done, some areas of the burger were almost crispy, but not over cooked in any way though and very good, and the condiments compliment the burger, not to much or to little. The pickles they use are flavorful but not overbearing.
The French fries were very thin and mostly crispy, referred to as shoe string I believe. They were good.
You can season the fries or not, the seasoning is on counter where you pick up your order. There is also two types of dipping sauce as well as ketchup. One is jalapeno flavored, with a slight kick, the other is their signature sauce. Both were good.
I also ordered a regular size sundae that was spilt between two people, which after we each ate our meals, was more than big enough to share. When I placed the order, I was asked if I'd like to ' hold' the sundae order until we were done eating, I chose to do so and when I went back up, they remembered what I had ordered, made it and then brought it our table after they made it.
The decor is retro, chrome, or stainless, vinyl and laminate, like an old fashioned malt shop.
