(August 4, 2019, 4:15 pm)Tortillas are always good. Service was terrible. Came in at 6pm on a weeknight to find they were out of most food. Had to request that they make some since we had a large party and about 10 people came in after us. Very strange. Workers seemed irritated they had to do anything.

(April 12, 2019, 3:21 am)It was my first time at any Pancheros and it came highly recommended! I was so excited to see they make their own tortillas!!!! The store was...pretty clean, but I did notice some basic things like the stove being pretty much black? The staff was in a bad mood minus the man who served us who was a total gem! He was polite, kind and all around amazing, really made the experience despite his other coworkers! My burrito was large, flavorful and I enjoyed it a lot!
