    I don't know what the place was but what it i is POPULAR! Probably a scant 20 stools, some against the wall, a few overlooking the flattop and the hustle of the kitchen which are clearly the favored in that they offer a great view. Even the placemats are cool (picture featured).

    I got the medium plus sandwich and also wings. Wings were good but nothing great. The sandwich was good though. The flavor wasn't too heavy and the chicken was juicy and crispy on the exterior. It's a good chicken sandwich and if you like that, I recommend it.

    This might be my most favorite Italian food restaurant in North Beach. Food is very fresh, in good proportions and absolutely delicious. I've eaten here only once thus far, and have been trying to make an occasion to go back. They paid diligent effort to making the tomato sauce so yummy and juicy which was featured in most dishes. I had calamari, seafood soup and seafood risotto. They were all very fresh and delicious.

    Phenomenal Thai food! I really enjoyed the red curry chicken and the pad Thai with tofu and chicken. Loved it and prices were reasonable. Nice modern ambience
