“Your night crew is terrible. An unchopped salad with cold steak and bacon...the machine gave me soda water instead of lemonade and it turned red half way through...the meal comes with 2 cookies and I received 1. The first time ringing out they forgot to add the meal. Then they gave me the chip meal when I pointed out which cookies I wanted they made me buy them separately. 3 transactions and for what reason? The staff was rushing us out the door even though we were the only customers and there were 3 of them. Cassie is amazing during the day every single time she is friendly,efficient, fast and accurate. On the opposite side we have never had a good experience with the night shift which is always boys who seem not to care. 5 stars because Cassie outshines them. She should have them come in during the day to watch how a business is ran. She makes sure any extras are accounted for and keeps the staff on track.”
