An unchopped salad with cold steak and bacon...the machine gave me soda water instead of lemonade and it turned red half way through...the meal comes with 2 cookies and I received 1. The first time ringing out they forgot to add the meal. Then they gave me the chip meal when I pointed out which cookies I wanted they made me buy them separately. 3 transactions and for what reason? The staff was rushing us out the door even though we were the only customers and there were 3 of them. Cassie is amazing during the day every single time she is friendly,efficient, fast and accurate. On the opposite side we have never had a good experience with the night shift which is always boys who seem not to care. 5 stars because Cassie outshines them. She should have them come in during the day to watch how a business is ran. She makes sure any extras are accounted for and keeps the staff on track.”
