Nice people and excellent service

Stopped here on 7/25 to pick up an iced coffee while on the drive home from the lake house in Oklahoma. The service was pretty good. The best part is that the ordering kiosk is disabled for health and safety reasons during this pandemic – in fact, using ordering kiosks (rather than at the counter with a real person taking your order) can actually spread germs from going from customer to customer no matter whom the last person was who used it to order food. The only thing that needs improvement is actually putting a fence around the dining areas as a sign that the dining areas to sit down at are closed during this pandemic and that these places are take-out only.

Sure would be nice to find a McDonald's that has a ice cream machine that isn't "down" whenever I happen to go.

Every time I stop at this location I'm asked to pull forward and they will bring my order out. It doesn't matter whether someone is behind me or not. I know they have a timer at the drive through window, and by having people pull forward it appears that service is quicker than it really is. The results are not accurate when compared to other McDonald's. Service is slow, and that wouldn't be an issue if the food was prepared fresh, but it's not.
