    Nostalgic atmosphere, full bar, steak, prime rib, and more for dinner. The place is busy because they are good!!

    I recently ran across an article ranking the best 50 steakhouses in the US. I was sure when I got to #1 it would be Big Eds! The food critic simply is missing out having never had a filet cooked by Cathy. The steaks at Big Eds are as good as the finest steakhouses I've dined at, Gibsons in Chicago, Harris Ranch in Colinga (CA), and J. Gilberts in Kansas City. The atmosphere is not fancy like the above places, but the service is wonderful and the food will impress!

    My first visit. Comfortable atmosphere, wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! The onion rings were particularly good. Plan to return to try other items from the menu soon.

    The service and food is exceptional at Big Ed's!! We had 10 people in our party and we were served quickly and everything was accurate! The portions are large and reasonably priced. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and tender. The butterflied shrimp were huge and delicious. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. We also ordered 2 appetizer samplers that were excellent! We will definitely return to Big Ed's anytime we are in the area!
