“Usually a very good experience, quick friendly service, but 1 employee marina, usually always has some sort of attitude, I tried to enter my rewards number to make the line go faster, not knowing you have to wait till everything is rang up, (I've always done it before and no one has had any problems in the past, ever) she proceeds to get an attitude with me because I have to enter it again and it freezes the computer. I understand being busy, I've worked at gas stations before, but under no circumstances is it ever ok to give a pleasant, regular customer any kind of attitude like that. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow, and if it happens again I will not go back.”

“I had a six sub order, and when I got home i realized that several of my subs didn't have cheese on them, and I noticed earlier in the week my sandwich didn't have cheese. So I called them and asked them about it. I wasn't trying to get anything free, or make a big deal, I was simply trying to let them know that there might be a problem with their app. The lady that answered the phone was short, and I felt like she took everything personal. She was quick to hang up on me. Just not a good experience, considering it's usually top notch!!!!!”
