“Service is average. Time spent in the drive thru line is usually under ten minutes, but delivery times are horrendous. I can usually expect my sandwich to arrive at around the 40 minute mark, which is why I very rarely choose JJ’s if I’m ordering for home delivered meals. Ingredients are always fresh, albeit the bread is sometimes hard or a bit overly chewy. Not all the time though.”
