(November 6, 2022, 7:40 pm)We feasted like Kings today. The recipes used were from the original recipes of the 1870 Brookville Hotel - except for the beef and the ice cream. The beef and ice cream are from Munson Angus Farms. Veronica, our server, was knowledgeable, kind, and has exceptional waitstaff skills.

(October 11, 2022, 5:43 pm)Fried chicken was great but the chicken fried steak was not good at all. You may wanna rethink that meal. In the past Brookville Hotel always had instant potatoes so it was nice to see you are using real potatoes now👍
