Delicious, flavorful food! AND great service!
Everything was fresh, tasty, and hot, and the service from Raj and his staff made us feel welcome and cared for. If you’re in Lawrence, you should check this place out! If you’re a local, you should make this a regular go-to. I know we will :)

I love the Globe in Topeka, the parent restaurant. Some of best Indian food I have ever had. Their Lawrence branch lived up to that and then some!

My only beef? They could use a few more staff, it took a while to get orders and checks etc. But all restaurants are short handed right now so not a fault of theirs so much as I hope they get some more backup soon.

Regardless, from a guy who loves the original Globe restaurant, this place meets and exceeds their quality Ive come to treasure.

My husband and granddaughters had an amazing meal at Globe Indian Restaurant last week. The owner showed excellent skill in his selections of food choices on the menu. The staff were exceptional at serving and paid attention to details.
I will definitely eat there again and recommend it to everyone.

Um yes yes yes. My friend and I LOVED everything about this restaurant. From the experience to the atmosphere. Our first time here was a blast. The service was phenomenal, the facility was clean, the decor was beautiful and unique, their music was enjoyable to listen to. But the best part, of course the food. It was well worth the wait. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. The shrimp was beautifully golden and their appetizers are so delicious. They even gave us sample drinks to try since we were unfamiliar with their items. The workers are very kind and genuine. They also have student discounts upon showing them your student ID. I will certainly be coming back.

Tonight, my husband and I took my sister and brother-in-law and two of my best friends from Houston to dinner at Globe. We were all hungry for Indian food, and decided to try a new place in downtown Lawrence. The service was competent, professional and extremely courteous and accommodating. The food was amazingly delicious and equaled or exceeded our favorite spots while living in Houston. The dishes were served promptly and were piping hot as the traditional spices and aromas filled our table. The portions were perfect with room for some leftovers. We were treated like true guests, and the kindness of the wait staff was evident throughout our dinner and our special evening with friends and family. Thank you, Globe, for your welcoming hospitality and scrumptious Indian food!
