I had the Pad Thai w/shrimp. Wouldn't have been bad at all if the egg wasn't burnt. I'd find better help in the kitchen if they're sending out blackened scrambled eggs.

Came in to get some delicious food and they forgot some important ingredients. Called in to let them know and they were aware of their mistake as soon as I told them what I was missing. They were so nice and very apologetic. Came back the next day and instead of replacing just the bowl they replaced my entire meal !! I love this place !! They definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Noodles & Co.

The people were friendly, the place was clean and modern and attractive ... but the food is really just so-so. There's like twenty different kinds of stuff on the menu, so I suppose that's to be expected. Just don't hold your breath for a lovingly-crafted thing that's been cooking and melding together for a while. Noodles/pasta/whatever are cooked in one place, sauces and toppings are cooked in another place, and they're joined up sixty seconds before they arrive at your table. Sometimes that's fine. But for mac and cheese, which is one of their signature dishes ... just no.

Change is hard but sometimes when a menu changes you find something new to love. Like the new alfredo pasta with tomato and spinach that was added to the menu recently. It comes with chicken if you so desire. Add a caesar salad and you are in noodle heaven.
