9th Street Diner

Eh, not so much. Food was just OK. Waitress seemed to be annoyed at our presence even tho we didn't ask for anything special for breakfast & never checked back on us. Owner was pleasant. Just kinda a hole in the wall. Not terrible but certainly not notable. But 3 stars because the food was hot & they put a little carafe of coffee on the table.

We ate here for breakfast while passing through. I believe our server was one of the owners, she was so kind and gave excellent service even though she was very busy. The food was delicious, I had the breakfast burrito and it was the best one I've had in a very long time. Food is delicious, staff are great, go eat there now!

Delicious food. Waitress was very friendly.
I thought the biscuits could had more gravy but that is me.

Writing this review as a suggestion to management.
The good food and service were totally off set by the active cleaning of restaurant while we ate. Our kind waitress was sweeping the room, including the area directly around our table. I was a afraid I was going to be asked to pick my feet up so she could sweep under them. Then the mop and bucket on rollers came out. This by another waitress. Same thing again only now with stinky water. Oh, and we now are surrounded by wet floors.
We came at 12:15. I believe the place closes at 1:15. I applaud the staffs diligent cleaning but this should not be done when the restaurant is open,. I eat out to relax and enjoy the the atmosphere. Not possible here unless approach is altered.
