Food was great took way to long to get my order very slow but worth the wait in the end. I had Shrimp and Pasta with Andouille sausage. Just the right spice.

Chef Jeremy is doing a fantastic job bringing new flavors to Dodge City! I absolutely enjoy the food, drinks, atmosphere and crew that Eclectic has to offer. Definitely recommend visiting for a quick business lunch and reserving a spot for his monthly 5 course meal!

Let me begin, by stating, that this is the cleanest establishment in all of Dodge City. The atmosphere is simply welcoming and a relief to all the five senses. The food--above status quo. The wait was nonexistent whereas the professionalism is front and center. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with taste buds.

Cajun pasta was ok. Pasta itself was overcooked. Nice flavor on the sauce, but not spicy at all. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated.

Had to make sure and rate this one!!! Gem. I'm sure the day time bakery is awesome too. We had dinner and I wanted to go right down the menu and taste it all. Very popular with the locals. Service very friendly and accommodating. We had Cajun Alfredo very delightful and plenty to share and couldn't pass up the hand churned Bailey's ice cream. You can taste the quality and freshness in each item. Our bread accompaniment was excellent. Wish I could eat there regularly. Prices reasonable.
