“To call this a buffet isn't quite accurate. It's more like a cafeteria style with each item having a price next to it. They also offer a large variety of regular made to order meals. That being said, the food is incredible. I did the "buffet" and everything was excellent and fresh. It's is a small family owned type of business and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and spoke perfect English.”

“Wow! Excellent Vietnamese food. Dodge City is lucky to have Chu My’s. Chu My’s was packed on a Wednesday at lunch time— and for good reason. Got the pork bahn mi and combo pho. Pork was freshly grilled on a perfect baguette. Pho had flavorful broth and very tender steak, brisket, and meatballs. I will be back! Note that they don’t accept credit card. We were warned that our plates were hot, but the center of my Flauta was cold. I do not believe they were deep fried when I ordered them. I only ate a portion. Was not impressed.”

“When I was in town on Monday I was super excited to go to lunch in Dodge City. I knew that this is the place I was going to go! The last time I was there had a awesome lunch, with friendly service. I was super sad when I realized they were not going to open. I'm guessing that is was a Monday kinda thing. I kept checking but the trailer was not in the parking lot. So next time I am there, I will check what days and times they are open for business. So was I bummed YES, will I go back YES.”
