Riverside Diner

It was very nice. It was the end of the night, but we still got good food and great service.

Were there this morning for breakfast and waited over an hour and half for our food. People that came in way after us got their food and were leaving. Asked the waitress when she finally would acknowledge us ,just what was going on.. she come back and stated our order was lost and what she had written down too was gone. She said it would be right out. Again two other orders came out before ours. Not a sorry we'll take care of something or anything. We loved the

Good home cooked food. Pleasant staff. The owner is the heart of the restaurant. It's sometimes a hit and miss with the food. It depends on who is cooking. It ranges from good to on point. Prices are a little steep but comparable to Old 56, and the "upper end" fast foods like Pizza Hut, Freddy's and Arby's but is an actual sit down stay awhile NOT fast food atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious. My favorite is the corned beef hash, absolutely delicious. Chicken fried steak also is delicious.

We had a salmon dinner and split it between my husband and myself, good vegetables wonderful mashed potatoes, and a Heavenly apple pie. Homemade!
