Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que

I was just passing thru and searched Google for the best Burnt Ends in KC. Joe's came up. Glad I stopped because these were the BEST Burnt Ends I have ever had. So good that after eating my lunch plate, I ordered another pound of them for my drive back to Colorado. Joe's is a "must" if you a serious BBQ fan. When I'm back in KC one day, I'll be back for more Burnt Ends. A++-

Great Kansas City BBQ. Joe's is a must-see for any foodies or BBQ lovers traveling through KC. If you want your lunch in a reasonable amount of time, you'll have to arrive around 10 before the lunch crowd. The popularity of the location draws in people from all over the city for lunch. I highly recommend the burnt ends and pulled pork. Though it comes close, this location will never be quite as good as the original Joe's at 47th and Mission Ave.

Considered to be one of the best, if not even the best BBQ place in Kansas City.for good reasons! A real event--to be surrounded with all those carnivores, of all ages, enjoying every bite.Quite an experience.No wonder that the place is full from early morning hours till evening. If your are visiting Kansas City for the first time, you should not miss it. You can stand in line or call ahead! Either way it’s worth the wait! BBQ that falls off the bone scrumptious!

The burnt ends lunch plate was pretty good. I would have liked it more if the meat was a bit warmer. The fries were yummy (and I'm not really a fry fan). The barbecue sauce was delicious. Overall, I felt like the quality and quantity of food was great for the price. I would go back, but there are certainly better barbecue places in KC.

Excellent place. Terrific BBQ Ribs, Brisket and Burnt ends (all the meant I've had from here). An efficient way of ordering and getting tables. This is not a restaurant with a wait staff. A great experience overall and definitely one of the best Barbecue places in the Kansas City area.
