Fantastic staff! I had an issue while there and the staff was so kind and positive! I will DEFINITELY come back to this location!

Seeing quite a few conflicting reviews on here, so figured I’d set the record straight: I’ve been to this location several times since it’s opened, and the food quality and service it provides is on par with the standard that you’re used to at Chick Fil A.

Yes, there are times when it’s taken longer to get my food or they forget a utensil in my bag, but it’s understood that they’re a brand new location, training people on the spot because of these pandemic times, and growing pains will happen.

One thing that has remained constant, and I can only assume will get even better, is the genuine care and joy that the staff brings to every interaction. Knowing personally the leadership and management, I’m confident that the kinks will quickly be worked out, and this location will go from being great to absolutely exceptional.

During these unprecedented times, I’d encourage you to order through the app and have a parking lot picnic with some delicious, wonderfully-made chicken!

Want to thank all the workers at this location for all you do during this pandemic...it can't be easy. Took the family through the drive thru and everyone was friendly. More importantly, everyone was doing their best to keep safe distances and using the hand washing station that had been setup. It was obvious that everyone had been trained and was making an effort to keep clean and stay safe. Our order was correct and hot when it came out. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

We went three times opening week and our order was perfect every time. Friendly, efficient staff that was more confident and knowledgeable each time we went. Keep up the great work!
